Legal & Compliance Counsel - Insurance

Our client is a insurer provides both life and general insurance, who is looking for a lawyer to join the team and support legal and compliance work.

about the job.

• draft and review a board range of contracts and legal documents relating to both life and general insurance
• understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the relevant conduct of business
• advise on questions of law and practice in relation to Insurance Ordinance and Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance
• other ad hoc assignments from Head of Legal & Compliance

skills & experiences required.

• qualified lawyer with at least 3PQE from reputable law firm or insurance industry
• strong legal and compliance experience preferably from insurance industry
• good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
